Do I still have to subscribe/pay for Advanced SystemCare 12 PRO if I have v14. Pro?

Just received a notificcation for a renewal of Advanced Systemcare 12 Pro.  Do I still need this if I already have upgraded/installed and am currently using the V14 Pro version?  If not, why am I still receiving renewals on old software, and should I be checking all my subscriptions to see if I am being billed automatically for redundancies like this?

Great.  But I've already been charged 21.73 for 12 Pro.  Any chance of a refund?
