Good Morning (or) Afternoon!

How can I use Uninstaller be rid of stubborn unwanted Windows O/S Apps? 

Found under Browser Extensions and above Action Center....

Also... please enable "Easy Uninstall" (bullseye) to see apps inside of IOBIT 

Uninstaller and can delete them (put bullseye diagram right on them inside there).
