smart defrag update - cannot install because my windows computer says it is preventing install because it is dangerous

i have been a user of Smart Defrag for many years and have had no issues when i update it.  However, your latest update to 7.2 is blocked by my windows computer saying it is a security risk?  Tried to uninstall and reinstall program but it still wont let me install the update..
