First hovering the mouse over the notification area icon states no scan has been run. If I manually run a scan then this changes but the next morning upon logging in the message stating no scan has been run is back.
No automatic scan is run on system startup. No daily/weekly/monthly scan is scheduled.
The animated scan button remains red after a scan which gives the indication there’s a problem. I would’ve expected this icon to turn green if all is OK.

Support are useless, I’ve sent them screenshots of the problem a requested .zip file & a detailed explanation but so far all I’ve received is another email asking for this information & each email is taking 48 hours to be replied to.
