I've read the posts regarding ASC changing the B.I.T.S. option to Manual in System Optimization and was wondering what the recommended plan of attack is as I have been getting this problem for the past month. AWS changes the setting to Manual, but something is obviously resetting it to Automatic. Windows Update? Should I instruct ASC to ignore this finding?

 

Also, System Optimization displayed a "False Restricted Website" entry, but I can't find any information on it.
