Hi there,

1. Please download and install the driver from the link below to see if it can fix the problem:

http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/all/66afdf31b308ffdd68ac2445ec167181_setup.exe

2. Reboot PC. Tell us if the driver is installed successfully, or if your system is back to normal. No matter whether the problem is fixed or not, please let me know the result.

3. If the installation fails, please download https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/db/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe, >> double click to run this tool >> click 'Save report to Desktop' >> find db_info_YYYYMMDD_i.zip on your desktop >> send us the zip file. And also please send us the related screenshot of the error message you get when you install the driver.

Hi there,

This update is supposed to be excluded from our database for the system stability.   Please delete the ScanData folder under the installation directory of Driver Booster (Right-click "Driver Booster" icon on the desktop > Click "Open File Location"). After that, Please launch Driver Booster to scan.  If you still get the notification for this update , please let me know.

Hi, I am having a similar problem, except mine says "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64)" I tried your advice here but i couldn't get it to work

Even if the update failure looks the same, the cause of it may be different.

If you have encountered the same problem, please download https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/db/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe > double click to run this tool on the problem PC > click 'Save report to Desktop' > find db_info_YYMMDD.zip on your desktop > send us the zip file.

By the way, please let me know your location.

We will analyze the file and try our best to find a solution for you.

Dear Valued Customer,

Please delete the ScanData folder under the installation directory of Driver Booster and also delete the Download folder under the path of "%ProgramData%\IObit\Driver Booster\Download"

Then use Driver Booster to update this driver again when your network connection status is good or you can use a stable VPN to connect your network.

If still fails, please download https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/db/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe, >> double click to run this tool >> click 'Save report to Desktop' >> find db_info_YYYYMMDD_i.zip on your desktop >> send us the zip file.
