accidentally deleted important files with iobit uninstaller

Hi, 

I was deleting a program from my laptop and I accidentally deleted it's files too.

I tried to system restore but I've had a few separate issues and system restore is out of the question for now 

I used iobit undeleter but didn't get the file that I was looking for, I used the time frame as reference but couldn't match the file name or the rough time I deleted it 

I can see what was deleted  in the iobit uninstaller logs 

 

Is there anyway I can get my data back,  I would greatly appreciate any help
