so I get an off via the free product for a christmas surprise and pay 326 and pence and then  nothing , no email nothing ,beyond annoyed!

Today is March 2023. This company deducted my bank account without my knowledge. I never heard of the company's name that on my account, so I googled IOBIT and found this company. I contacted my bank (this happened a week ago.)  My bank is now starting a fraud case against them, and this company  will not allow me to contact their company without different numbers found on "an order sheet" but I never ordred anything so have no numbers! Grr.
