From what I've read, the preferred setting for B.I.T.S. in System Services is "Manual", but ASC occasionally reports that it's set to "Automatic" when I run System Optimization. I have discovered that when I open Windows Live Mesenger it changes B.I.T.S to "Automatic" and perhaps Automatic Updates does the same?

 

Should I set ASC to ignore this, or look for a solution from Messenger?
