Advanced System care 15 pro

I am having an issue running a full scan for Advanced System care. When it comes to running the SPYWARE REMOVAL SCAN it simply freezes and repeatedly crashes requiring me to clse the program as it has stopped responding. 

 

is there a fix to this fault?

Simply put I committed what is known as human error. I was more captivated by what was on the TV last night, than I was to being attentive to whether or not I was in the correct and proper forum site for my particular issue. I would suggest, what with you being a moderator and all, that if my post is in the wrong section of the forum, you simply delete it....that after all is one of the jobs a moderator has to perform as part of their function.
