No Information to Install My New Products

Back on November 10th, I purchased several items from IOBit, but never received any installation or registration information that I can find .I can't contact them because I don't have the information, so it goes around in circles. Very frustrated and upset. I need to be able to install my items but I can't and need to contact them somehow. Any ideas? Otherwise I wasted a bunch of money on nothing.

It seems you have gone to a lot of effort to solve this issue without success, and as

a last resort you decided to post in the Forum. If however, you had taken some time to search in

the forum, you would have immediately found a Topic which has the solution to your issue, and thus

saved you some time and effort. I suggest therefore that you now do so.
