Money was taken from my card without permission

Hi

iobit withdrew money from my card in automatic mode

I was not going to buy any software on iobit again

Money was taken from my card without permission

I consider it as a crime

How can i solve it?

How can i remove this functionality?

It is interesting that Iobit has not responded to the above concern.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago and then did not re-install until early this year. More problems with  them of course, not money wise this time.

Don't expect an answer from  them though.

There must be some misunderstandings.

We can not take your money without your agree.

The situation you mentioned is auto renewal service as you did not cancel the auto renewal service in your original order.

If you do not want to renew automatially, please write to us to cancel the service or your can log in MyAccount to cancel it directly.
