Onlince Purchased but no email with activation code

I just bought the licensce key to re-activate my Advanced SystemCare but I 'haven't received any email. Not even in my spam. 

Please help coz money was taken but purchased item was never received. 

Validation mail for the forum was received within seconds. Just to verify that my mail is correct.
