Help with updating with free version

I have just downloaded Avanced System Care ver 3.2.0 and I can't seem to check for updates.

I have read other threads and tried what they have said and it still won't update.

I'm running Zonealarm (free version) and have cleared everything to with this program. I click on 'update' and it comes up with 'Please connect to internet first'. Even though I am already connected. When I click the 'update', no boxes or anything comes up from Zonealarm asking if I want this program to connect to the net.

I even tried adding "IObitupdate' manually to Zonealarm, and it still tells me to connect to the internet first.

Has anyone else got any ideas how I can get my updates to work?

Have you tried exiting ZA and updating ASC3?

It doesn't seem to make any difference if Zonealarm is running or not.

Please try Over the top/Clean install and/or Install – Uninstall - Reinstall – Upgrade to newer version instructions in

USAGE of IOBIT PRODUCTS thread.
