Yesterday my daughter had an issue with her keyboard and ran Driver Booster and updated everything.

Right after that uppon restart her HP running windows 10 doesn't start… since driver booster says it makes a recovery point I am wondering how can that be activated in order so set everything prior to her driver updates

Can you help me out?

Ok details I can provide:

Her computer model: HP Pavilion Gaming 16-A0029NS

The monitor shows:
😞 Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.
We'll restart for you
Stop Code:INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Preparing Automatic Repair
Diagnosing your PC
FAILS

Automatic Repair
Your PC did not start correctly.

Instead of restart I chose
Advanced options
Troubleshoot
Advanced options 'again'
Startup Settings
Used every available option from f1 to f9
FAILS

The fans work
Doesn't boot in any option f1 to f9
Safe Mode with or without Networking FAILS

Worst case scenario now is she doesn't have the latest hotmail password and resetting it fails because it has no network in order to validate her new passwords and I've tried that 3 times and doesn't work either.

Any help would be great since she has her college projects there and reformatting Windows 10 is not an option

Thank you in advance

I cannot access Command Prompt
because hotmail account new password isn't recognized (changed it for the 4th time now)

Safe Mode F4
or Safe Mode Network F5
doesn't work either

I saw the link you've sent and even the HP link that explains every solution and it ain't working

I am sorry, but I do not understand this "hotmail password" requirement.

On what screen are you being asked for this....is it in the boot screen since you cannot access windows.

Also, are you able to go into the Bios......as this issue is 99% due to the Bios being updated by DB and the

new Bios is either corrupt or not suitable

There are things you can do in the Bios that may help.....

Change the Boot Order.

Load BIOS Setup Defaults.

Flash (Update) BIOS.

Remove a BIOS Password.

have a look here......https://www.google.com/search?q=what+can+i+do+in+bios&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b

If all else fails, you can put you daughters HDD/SSD into another pc or a drive reader and access her critical data.

You are sadly not alone in this situation.....https://forums.iobit.com/forum/135-driver-booster-9/
