Hi Solbjerg-That one is a "Deployment Tool" from Bit Defender.Might be able to Google that one up for another link.Meantime,a scanner from MS can be found here.This one will probably default to IE to run.Another from F Secure is here.On a side note,MS patch KB 967715 was created to deal with this threat when the first version of the bug was spotted,but it's effectiveness is questionable at best from what I have read.Might want to make sure it's installed anyway.MS also recommends this patch as well. The other concern is that the majority of PC's are already infected, and April 1st is the day the bomb goes off.
