Unable to download smart ram and internet booster

I have ASC 15.2 Pro and would like to activate the internet booster and smart ram. When I click on these, I get a message download required but the download fails for both of them. When I go directly to the Iobit web site to download either, the link just downloads the ASC installer. How can I add these to ASC?

Most likely your antivirus/antimalware (including windows security)  is blocking the installation.

Try temporarily disabling them and see if the install works.

Also check in Windows Controlled Folder Access in case they have been blocked.
