Keyboard stopped working ASUS FX502VM (Solved)

Hey! I recently had a problem where my keyboard suddenly wasnt working after turning my pc on. Ive seen an earlier post with the exact type of pc been solved here. My pc model is: ASUS FX502VM.

Yes, I was wondering if it has something to do with a keyboard driver causing the problem or if its something else.

I am sorry, but this is a bit confusing.

You already stated that you have seen a previous post here that solved the issue. So did you apply the solution

and if so, did it solve your issue.

If you could give us more detail as to what issue you have and what help you actually want, we would be glad to help.

Sorry forgot to provide you the link. I tried to look into it but it seems the download link and dropbox link doesnt work anymore.

So, I assume that what you are saying is that you want to follow the steps in that post, but you cannot get the driver, because the dropbox

link has expired.

So, go to the ASUS site and download the driver from there....the driver is described in the drobox link....Touchpad_ASUS_Win10_64_VER110030.exe

I deleted the keyboard driver and googled drivers from ASUS and downloaded it.
