DriverBooster Page Not Starting Download

Hello,

 

I go to the driver booster page

https://www.iobit.com/en/recommend/idr.php?name=driver_booster_free

 

But the download doesn't begin.

I have tried in Chrome, IE, Edge, Firefox and even Tor, but the problem continues.

I have also tried on multiple devices, and I have tried using multiple internet connections (Wifi, Ethernet, and mobile phone hotspot connection) and the download just doesn't begin.

I have attached screenshot of Chrome version of my attempt.

You see the hand appears to "open your file here!" but there is no download.

I opened developer console to see if any error occurs, but nothing.
