Have you ever heard of the word..."please".

It is a simple matter of respect, when you are requesting assistance.

As for your question...I have no idea what you are talking about. How does Bitdefender stop you from deleting everything from your drive.

It is an anti-virus/anti-malware  program.

Are you talking about the Safe Box function?.

Sorry didn't meant to be rude. Well after I did a driver update and a registry cleaning witch ASC Driver booster my Windows had some kind of error and i doesn't boot as normal. I Always get a blue screen but i cant fix it because windows tells me my drive is protected by an Bitdefender and to get excess to that drive i need to put in my recovery-key. The thing is I never activated the bedefender from windows just the one from MalwareFighter but they never told me any recoverykey. Windows tells me my recovery-key-id wich is used to identify my recovery-key but i dont know where. I looked it up in the internet and the microsoft account wich pairs with the laptop says i dint activated the windows bitdefender wich is true and now i really dont know what to do. Please help if u know anything.
