Why can I NOT log in to my IObit account? I give my user name/password, and enter the more than useless captia crap, hit enter, and it goes back to wanting it all over again. A computer hard drive crash resulted in the loss of all of my IObit product(s) info. Supposedly, I can download this info from IObit, but it won't let me in!!!
