Cant find help on a code problem

I paid through PayPal and didn't notice the email was an old one and you sent the code for the product I paid for to that old dead email. I have since changed the information in PayPal but I haven't been able to get the code as none of the help options will let me submit anything without the code. Can you help?

If you require assistance, then you must post in the correct area of the Forum.

I have moved your post to the correct area, and if you look in that area, you will see the solution(s) to your issue.

Also, you have posted your issue again in another area of the Forum, double posting is not allowed.

Do you expect this to happen by magic or something.

In order to do what you want, then the relevant information would be required.

Or do you think that you should just say that your code was sent to the wrong email, and Iobit should just send you the code

to another email, which they do not have.

So, you need to give Iobit the necessary information. You can do this by using the methods described in the |Topic dealing with

such issues.

I really cannot see the difficulty.

NO I don't expect anyone send me a code just because I say I didn't get one I have both emails and the sales receipt but the problem is None of the options on the help ? support site will work without the code and you are the only person responding to me. Old email (DEAD Email) is (email address removed by Mod)... Working email is (email address removed by Mod) Do you want a copy of the receipt? There is NO way for me to contact iObit without a code.

First, I cant log onto that site as they only recognize the dead email and reject me with the working email.

No license code found under this email address. Please enter the email used when placing the order. Or contact us at tickets@iobit.com.

So, if they recognise the dead email...then enter that.....and explain the issue in the message.

Or....as per the message....send an email to tickets@iobit.com

Explain the issue and reference this Topic including link to same.

So I went to the buy System care pro site and found the Phone number at the bottom and called it and the gentelman on the phone has fix the problem. so he said. we'll see. I want to thank you for trying to help hope you have a great summer.
