I ask the same question as riripapa above.

I have contact for more than a week and a number of times.

It is interesting that on my document of purchase, website addresses are given and when I use these wesites 404 comes up telling me that these addresses are not recognized.

The customer buys and Iobit doe not help out with support when needed.

 

Please give me a contact email point where Iobit will respond.
