Iv'e paid and got nothing.

I've just paid for an upgrade to Pro, but all I get is a blank screen which is broken up like a maze.

It's impossible to use like this.

 

What's gone wrong? Who can I turn to for help?

rondetto-Shut the whole thing down(asc) make sure no instance of it is running-smart ram,auto defrag etc.Uninstall the the utility(ASC) and then go to where you installed it and delete the folder and any remnants of it.Download a fresh copy from IObit or Downloads.com.It will install as the free version-then you just enter your licence info. and it converts to Pro.Take a look at the instructions here-post #5

I don't want it thanks, I'd rather keep to the free version. I had no problems with that.

If you can install the free version fine, the Pro version shouldn't cause a problem. Maybe there is software conflicts?
