Code sent via email is for last year's expired license, not license I renewed early this year

Tyring to find and enter my license for Software Updater Pro.  I go to Iobit website and follow 'resend code' instructions as normal.  However, the code that is emailled back to me is for a license that expired at the begnning of this year, not for the new/current one I bought shortly thereafter.  I can find the order elsehwere on the Iobit website (order #172613986 to be exact) and a new Software Update Pro license was included in my bundle.  How do I get the NEW code for Software Updater Pro and not the old one?  Interestingly, the right/current codes come via email for all of the other products I bought in that same bundle.
