slow update

I need to know why when Iobit Automatic Update occurs It takes so long and it slows my computer down immensely. I have 16 gb free on my harddrive but when it updates it can be on for hours and I have to restart my machine to stop it, has anyone else had this problem. No other download I receive from other sources takes more than a few minutes, its just this one from Iobit.

This very unusual. Are you sure it is automatic update and not something else? A screenshot will be appreciated.
