relatively often during the system shutdown, it seems to lock, so that the o/s shows up the terminate process window.

 

is there a king of debug mode to send you additional information?

 

i had to uninstall it because this bug is not acceptable.

 

system: smartdefrag 1.1beta3, os=windows xp home SP2, ram=1gb, drive=ntfs, cpu=centrino duo.
