I am using Windows10 `s Defender with iobit malware fighter free version.
Are these two software do almost same work ?
If so if I Turn off Defender ,is it OK???
Sometimes I feel Defender is too sensitive, so I like to it off.
HOw do you think?

It is safer to have more than one program protecting your system. As one may find something the other misses.

I run Windows Defender and a separate anti-malware program, and it works well.

If you find Windows Defender too sensitive, then you should go through it's settings and tweak it to

suit your needs.

Windows Defender is not security, especially since it sees harmless programs as a threat and microsoft wants to keep it that way,
of course you should always keep an eye on it. Especially since the system sees the install as admin, so you have admin rights when you install it.
I don't think that many users change the user account, so it's easier to install something.
