Yes. The USB port is stopped working suddenly when a mouse is plugged. Thought the details in the zip file is enough. Isn't it?
Uninstalled USB controllers and restarted too.

I do not open Zip files from people I do not know. Those files are requested by Iobit to allow them to investigate

issues. Maybe, if you are lucky, Iobit will actually look at it.

However, as you do not seem to want to supply us here with details of your issue, I do not know how to assist you.

Any other details need?

Follwed all methods in this tutorial except workaround as the reg key is not found. After that, updated drivers using iobit.

Ok...that image does not tell us anything that would help with your issue.

The detail which is normally supplied is....What did you do before the issue occurred, that may have caused the issue?

Did you get any error messages.

I am assuming that you updated a driver or drivers using Driver Booster. If so, did you update one driver or many drivers.

Did you do anything else other than updating driver(s)

The USB port is stopped working suddenly when USB mouse is plugged. Happened when charging.  Laptop keyboard gets heated during charging.

No.

did you update one driver or many drivers.
All drivers except game drivers are updated

Do you mean that the Mouse was plugged into the laptop, and the Mouse was charging from the laptop.

Or do you mean, the laptop was charging itself.

Is your keyboard getting hot when only charging the laptop with nothing plugged into any USB ports.

Hi there,

We are really sorry to hear that. We find you only use Driver Booster to update the driver on May 8th. Please restore your system to a point before that day.

You can click tab Driver Restore in RESCUE CENTER window >> select driver you want to restore >> click the Restore button to re-install the backed up (also the previous) version.

System Restore
Note: Restoring system will undo all changes made after that restore point.
