Problems with advanced systemcare PRO 3

I have a problem in advanced systemcare 3 (latest version) when I give it to scan the entire repair the computer in search of errors until the last part that is "security items" is a name appearing there and I SUGGESTIONS I can not get when I squeeze to correct it opens a screen similar to the HijackThis program accusing the computer virus that is what I understood by the, I have demonstrated in more specialized forums to see if the virus is virus and my computer is clean.
