I Have A Garbled ASC Pro Screen!

I paid for ASC Pro about a month ago. Afterwards I had problems with IE8 download. Before calling MS I restored my system to March 1, 2009. I got the IE8 problem resolved last week, I think, after a long, long contact with MS support.

 

After the resolution I can't use ASC Pro. The screen is a strange configuration of colors and words. The best I can define it is that it is a garbled 1/2 size screen with nothing defined or readible. IOBit won't respond. Any suggestions? Thanks, Gene
