error on actualisations

I have problems whith the automatic actualisation of mi software. I get the falowing message: "error when download".

 

Some one cam help me on this?

Please give a more detailed description.

Was it during download/Install?

Perhaps you have some automatic function in the program running in the background. Please close that and try again.
