Stuck in Starting Uninterruptible Power Supply

Stuck in Starting Uninterruptible Power Supply mode following pushing 'Back to Normal Mode' button. It will not shut off.

Sorry aboput mispelling of Power in the title. Could not edit that one.

I stopped it from the Task Manager. Will now try to update it.

SDorry but why should i not be using my task manager? I use it all the time and have for years. But thank you for the advice.

Have you tried to reset it? You try to power it off and turn it back to reset everything. Also, you got to have it checked because since it's your back up system on power loss it's important that you have it working.

Excuse the question but do you have an alternative power supply?

If so - it shouldn't be shut down!! (I think that was what you shouldn't play with) :-)
