Reimage - IObit it saying that the program has already been uninstalled and to reboot my PC. But the program is not uninstalled. Please help...

It is very difficult to assist you when your post is so confusing.

First you say that Iobit Uninstaller says that the program is uninstalled....then you say.."IObit uninstalled refuses to let me uninstall this program"...

Which is it?

Also give more detail of the issue...such as any error messages...etc...
