How do I stop SystemCare from deleting all my Windows Explorer image icons?

HELP!!
I like to .look through my thousands of photos in Windows 10 Explorer, by viewing the Image Icons. But a SystenCare scan seems to delete the lot, so I have to wait while Explorer recreates these icons every time I go into a new folder. I can't find anything in the Forum pages, but there are hiundreds of pages to search!
Can anyone Help me please?
