How to remove "Last Auto Defrag..." balloon tip

I have stopped using Auto Defrag but the balloon tip shows "Last Auto Defrag: Date/Time".

 

How do I remove this? Or, at least remove the date/time?

Iangh-If you've already unchecked the box "Enable Smart Defrag",you can also uncheck "Show balloon tips in system tray" found under Options>General
