Hi nowife

If your print spooler is stopped by ASC in the System Optimize - you will have to place that item in the ignore list.

Please read the thread Usage of IObit Products in the Lounge section.

After AWCP runs I have to restart my print spooler.

That is strange.I've never seen ASC disable Print Spooler,even in the "Top Performance" mode.(running XP)Next time you scan (System Optimization),look for "Print Spooler" and RPC (Remote Procedure Call) under "problems found"-if they show up,add them to the ignore list as Solbjerg suggests.
