try call unlocker on this files on Explorer

 

for file: OpenSSH%4Admin.evtx 

i got:

for OpenSSH%4Operational.txt i got crash (exception)

exception like there:

IObitUnlocker!DriverEndSelf+1f61

 

100% reproduced, if exist symbol '%' in name of file.

 

i check another symbols ~@#$^-_(){}'` no troubles with there...
