As mentioned in the application it is possible hijacked settings and you will have to check if any of them really are - either by hand or by sending the report to a hijackthis specialist site. You can also try sending it here.

Security Analyzer show ALL runing processes as HiJackThis. Check box before you select the value for the repair of a bad process.
