Seriously though my guess is that fixed problems are deleted "problems" while changed items probably are settings that are changed from fx. =0 changed to =1 in the dword settings in the registry or vice versa.

My Statistics Reports shows 11,115 problems fixed. Restore function screen shows 21,025 changes. What is the difference between a "Fixed" item and a "Changed" item?
