That's IObits little advertisement spot or "billboard" It changes from time to time.I guess this image is eluding to the new security utility they've been working on and promised for this month.I'm unable to enlarge it,so I can't be sure.

New design ASC? Or new Spyware defender? On pages IObit says "coming soon...".

Then I guess the new Spyware app. Some of us are pushing for the name "Advanced System Defender" ASD -Seems like a good fit.
