IMF Service lost error

Malware fighter said I needed an up date. I agreed and during install it came up with error message IMF service lost please reboot PC and reinstall Malware fighter. I did that I then tried to unistall with windows and asked me for safe box password. I do not use this product so do not care about losing data protected bu iy but there is no option to bypass. So I used IOBit unistaller Pro to unistall. It reported MAlware fighter as uninstalled. I then reinstalled it but same error message comes up again about IMF servie when I try to start Malware fighter rpo. Please find attached log files. Appreciate any help with this.

Thanks for your feedabck.

Please uninstall your current IObit Malware Fighter. For the password for Safe Box, please open Safe Box and click Forgot Password to get the password.

After that, please re-install the latest IMF v9.3 from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/iobit_malware_fighter_setup.exe 

If the issue repeats, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelper.exe

Double click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click 'Save report'. 
After it finishes, you will get a popup window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved d. Click the 'OK' button to open that saved folder.      Send the zipped file to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into
