Windows and Uninstaller doesn't work

The Windows "Programs and Features" within Vista will only uninstall a few programs in a list of many. The programs that do not permit uninstall are do to the uninstall icon not showing up.

The same few programs that can be uninstalled do show up in the "Advanced System Care Pro" "Software Uninstaller".

I have tried the restore option in the "Advanced System Care Pro", but the oldest restore point did not fix the problem. The dates available do no go back fare enough.

The windows Restore did not help either, for the same reason.

What to Do?

If you have manually removed the uninstall files (perhaps even if you have moved them in which case you could try moving them back or tell the uninstall function where to find them) you could also try to install the programs again.
