If you require assistance, then the least you should do, is to follow the Forum rules.

This is not a Usage of Iobit Products issue. You should re-post now in the relevant product section.

Would be better to tell them what section of the forum that they should post it in. Instead of them not knowing which one is the right one.

What would be better is if they went through the forums Index, and then posted in the relevant section.

We are not here to solve Users issues, when the answers are already there.

Also, the reason there is a Forum Index/Homepage, and rules of the Forum, is so that Users can help themselves.

Also, if Users do not post in the Relevant section...then it makes it harder for other Users to find relevant post's and Topics.

However, with all that said.....please feel free to spend hours here on the forum, directing Users to the correct areas. I have no doubt,

you will soon become tired of doing so.
