Verification Code - where is it?

HELP - I Can't msg without finding the Verification Code - not on receipt of order, no Activation Code Supplied on 3 products - this has been a 2/half hour nightmare - can't talk to anyone - a bloody nightmare - once again us guys who renew either manually OR automatically once a year dread renewing - what should be a cake-walk turns into a nightmare.

We are just left on our own. Good product but absolute rubbish support, no human contact, click this link, then that link - nothing works until you enter the Verification Code.

WHERE IS THE DAMN THING. Looked all over. Has it had a name change. No record of my order which had 3 products to be renewed shows up on MY ACCOUNT DETAILS.

The Verification Code is really a Captcha....it is there on the right hand side....just enter it.

Where it asks for the code...look to the right.....you will see a code there....like a captcha...enter that.

It is a very bad setup...but Iobit does not care about things like that...so it will never change.
