Advanced System Care 16 "WILL NOT INSTALL" on my Win 10 Pro x64 H.P. 15" Bw011D Notebook Laptop!

To Whom it May Concern;

Advanced System Care 16 "WILL NOT INSTALL" on my Win 10 Pro x64 H.P. 15" Bw011D Notebook Laptop!

So far, No matter what I do, when I  select the "INSTALL" Key to begin the install procedure, it will not start the installation 

of the program whether I use the Synaptic's SMBus Touchpad or my Keyboard. This happens both in NORMAL & IN SAFE MODE. PLEASE HELP ME!
