IOBIT sends me to Japanese server, why?

So here is the deal... Anytime I try to do an update I'm sent to the Japanese server. As an example.. Driver booster says that there is an update, so I click on it and I"m sent to:

 

https://jp.iobit.com/update/db/index.php?to=pgmupd&name=db&ref=db10&lan=jp&type=free&ver=10.0.0.65&upshow=1&upclick=1

I'm in the USA..   this happens for all of my IOBIT software.  There has to be a way to english version of the server, but I can't find it.   Can ya'll help?

Does your PC has the language Japanese? If your system is in Japanese, you will meet the situation as you mentioned.

Hi and thank you for the response.

My PC is set to English language.   IObit is the only web site I've got this issue with.  And it does not matter what browser I use, it IObit defaults to Japan.

Do you have JP system before but just changed it into English?

If so, you will get it in JP.
