Software Renewal - 3rd Attempt for Resolution

In August 2022 I bought a new laptop and had to purchase Advanced System Care, Malware, and Drive Booster software for my new laptop because the previous software on my old laptop was for a single license. However, I was charged for automatic renewal. This my 3rd attempt to get a refund on the charges for software that should not have been renewed on my old laptop. A resolution and refund would be nice!
