Stop recurring payment

    I received an E-mail saying I was going to be charged soon for DEFRAG (Automatic Payment) but I do not ever use auto payments). I have tried to stop this but never receive the associated E-mal from your payment associated company. During this past year I updated my E-mail with you (IOBIT) but I assume you did not update it with your processing company. Therefore they have either sent it numerous times to my OLD address, or have done nothing since my new address is not associated with their billing addresses.

     Please stop that auto payment for me. Thank you.

    I suggest that in the future when your customers update their address or password that you automatically pass that info to your bill processing company for their records.
