not impressed , i used to love ASCU  but now it seems that there is no effort being put into it anymore, it doesnt have all the features of ASC pro ... i use ASC  pro and malware fighter and ASCU  is lacking .... i wish i had a better review of ASCU

Crashes everytime I try to run an auto clean and shut down now nothing's changed on my computer except maybe some windows updates

I'm not impressed with the answer I received when I requested a list of your virus detection possibilities and to know the risk level of each.  Telling me it's a company secret is telling me nothing.  When iObit detects a virus and Malwarebytes detects the same virus they should have the same name, but when I google the names of numerous threats detected by ASCU 16, they do not exist.  For example, try Google “Gen.Variant.Zusy.342113.”  This is not a typo, and I'm not talking about false positives.  There are plenty of Gen.Variant.Zusy viruses, but none of them are 342113, and these numbers matter greatly.  It's like iObit doesn't know what it found, or if it found anything, so they just invent a name and pretend they know what they're talking about.  If I'm unable to know what a virus is, and determine its threat level, how can I decide what, if any, action I should take.  Bottom line, iObit Advanced Systemcare Ultimate 16 paid version is useless.  I have gone back to using the free version of Malwarebytes as it is far better.  To top it off, iObit support just wastes your time.

Can anyone inform me of any differences between Advanced System Card PRO and ASC Ultimate?  I have been using PRO for about 3 years now, and it keeps constantly telling me to update to Ultimate.  I already have the antivirus from iObit and the drive defrag and the installer and uninstaller etc... and it sometimes reminds me to buy those too even though I HAVE purchased them already.  I have my own VPN but it constantly tells me I am unprotected and I need to get the Itop VPN for some reason. Does Ultimate have less of the annoying redundant coaxing and cajoling to buy more products?  If so, it might be worth it.  If not, I might have to look for another set of programs because this is getting stupid.  And annoying. And repetitive. And so on... Please iObit, consider making the nagware an option we can turn off; because it is definitely turning US off.
